It would be difficult for him to work with well - known foreign writers now, but if you have talented authors in the community (and they can not be) whose works are translated into English, they can be published) however, There are some nuances: first, for Sergei, in the first place, the artistic merits of the book, and not mechanics, although he does not like books without mechanics at all; secondly, he needs the size of the book to be at least 300 pages of A5 format, because books of bigger volume are expensive to print with circulations over 1000 copies, and buy them not so willingly, as cheaper and if books of smaller volume-the difference between wholesale and retail price turns out small and does not suit neither the publisher, nor buyers.

Concerning books translated in English, you have Autumn Snow by Martin Charbonneau (a Canadian). But it belongs to the Lone Wolf licence (so you have to negociate with the owner in Russia and probably with Ben Devere), and only 2 books are published amongst 3. Some deatils here :

Remember you also have a French book translated in Bulgarian (see above) whoch is also robably easy to translate into Russian.

I've been informed that two other French gamebooks are translated in Bulgarian: Un Cercle de sable et d'eau (A Circle of Sand and Water) by Outremer and Y by Skarn.

Notre ami est toujours aussi prolifique, travaillant actuellement sur une série dont le héros est un détective du XIVème siècle traquant des "serial killers" dans l'Angleterre de l'époque, en interrogeant les fantômes des disparus… Série inspirée par un jeu de rôle tchèque dont les concepteurs ont finalement abandonné. Notre ami, séduit par le thème, a donc décidé de faire passer l'histoire du format jeu au format bouquin.
Skald chantera également en septembre au Tchaikovsky concert hall de Moscou. Je ne pourrai hélas pas répondre à son invitation, je serai normalement au Pérou et en Bolivie à cette date, mais notre ami m'a promis une vidéo de sa performance. Il faudra bien que j'aille le voir un jour de toute façon dans sa mystérieuse république, cette dernière titille ma curiosité de voyageur… Il m'a demandé également une traduction anglaise de mon encyclopédie de Shamanka mais là, ce sera pas pour tout de suite (elle est terminée mais je dois encore l'illustrer)... Voilà, voilà…

One of our authors, Yuri Borisovich Kharlamov, recently registered a record as the author of the biggest book-games in Russia and then this book will be presented to the nomination in the Guinness Book of Records as the biggest book-game in the world! 908 pages, 1925 grams, 2500 paragraphs)

A friend of mine from the Italian community recently announced that he will soon finish the translation of my historical book-the game about the buffoon of the sixteenth century (the book is huge, in A4 format there were more than 1200 pages). In General, in a sense, a large volume is a feature of Russian books-games (for example, our friends from the Bulgarian community books are not so big). When books-games were published in the 90s, the conditional standard was set at 650 paragraphs, but now it is often much more.
